About Your Shipment
COVID Update: Safety precautions are in place to prioritize the health and safety of our team. We are shipping out at least twice per week as reduced staffing allows. Thank you to all our customers who continue to order online and support the Foundation through these difficult times.
We endeavour to ship all orders as soon as possible and by the safest means available. For this reason, all Limited Edition Prints are shipped via Expedited or Xpresspost and rolled in acid free tissue within a sturdy tube for maximum safety during transport to your door.
All packages are shipped via Canada Post letter mail, Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost International depending on your order and region. If your order is shipped using Expedited or Xpresspost, you will receive an email from Canada Post with a tracking number shortly after the order has been picked up.

If merchandise arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to discuss replacements or refunds for part or all of your order. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Unfortunately, as we are a non-profit and carry a large portion of consignment merchandise, we regret that at this time we cannot offer returns on undamaged merchandise.
Please note, while we endeavour to match all digital images as closely as possible, screen displays do vary widely and we cannot guarantee that a image will look identical when it arrives in person. Do to handling, we regret that we cannot take back a print based upon screen colour variations.
